Job summary

Responsibilities include leading value stream mapping, kaizen events, monitoring lean metrics, and partnering with finance to quantify CI cost reductions; you will coach others in Lean concepts and support NPI and ramp-up plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a regulated industry required.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping workshops and kaizen events.
• Oversee future state implementation and monitor lean metrics.
• Evaluate and implement process and process flow improvements to reduce waste.
• Partner with Finance to quantify CI cost reductions.
• Coach others in Lean concepts and support NPI/ramp-up plans.
