Stryker PV in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement responsible for evaluating and improving value streams, designing lean systems, and leading cross‑functional teams to sustain top production performance.
You will lead value stream mapping workshops, kaizen events, and monitor lean metrics while partnering with Finance to quantify cost reductions and supporting NPI and ramp plans.
