Toole Design Group in Pittsburgh, PA is looking to hire an experienced and talented full-time Senior Engineer (Civil / Roadway). Do you have a strong background in civil engineering with roadway/corridor design or site development experience? Are you passionate about creating quality construction documents? A Day in the Life of a Senior Engineer (Civil / Roadway)
You are at the forefront of brainstorming creative solutions for challenging projects. You lead, support, and mentor an interdisciplinary team to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure in a wide range of contexts from roadway reconstructions and streetscapes in highly urban settings to signature trail projects in suburban and rural areas that highlight and enhance the natural environment. You use programs such as MicroStation to fulfill production work on your projects. You will share your knowledge with staff and clients, develop feasibility studies, concept plans, and construction documents, and mentor your colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery.
You participate in business development pursuits in your region as well as across our North American offices. Your job can sometimes be challenging, but you get to work with a close-knit team that is passionate about the work and the communities you serve.

This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We provide the flexibility and equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. Our Pittsburgh office is located in Market Square, Downtown, accessible by bus, bike, and transit.
