- Experience in proposal writing and customer engagement.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead ML/AI and simulation R&D for SIMCenter.
- Coordinate sponsored research and industry projects to milestones.
- Collaborate with OSU centers and staff on multidisciplinary research.
- Prepare technical reports, publish journals, and present to sponsors.
- Supervise student employees and foster development.
- Help secure funding to support position and direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with export controls and HIPAA guidelines.
