Job summary

RADICL Defense in Boulder, CO seeks a Senior Engineer focused on AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation. Architect automated incident response using large language models and threat intelligence, building autonomous case processing that processes security data feeds and executes responses at scale.

You will work with Go and Python, Kafka streaming, and AWS Bedrock, shaping deterministic, auditable systems in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production AI workflow experience, with LLMs or agent systems.
• Hands-on GPT/Claude-like model experience; prompt engineering and safety.
• Event-driven design using Kafka; scalable, reliable systems.
• Go and Python proficiency; backend services and AI pipelines.
• Security domain knowledge for automated incident response workflows.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PostgreSQL.
• RESTful APIs and real-time interfaces for AI workflow systems.
• AWS Bedrock/Lambda/ECS experience for AI/ML services.
• Workflow automation and configurable, repeatable processes.
• Testing AI systems including prompts, validation, and regression.

Responsibilities

• Automate incident response with intelligent case management and threat context reports.
• Develop agent systems using LLMs to reason about security data and automate investigations.
• Build deterministic, event-driven pipelines that learn from AI feedback.
• Process security data feeds to enrich IoCs and generate insights automatically.
• Integrate multi-modal data and real-time streaming workflows with Kafka.
• Design scalable APIs and real-time interfaces for automated AI workflows.
• Leverage AWS Bedrock, Lambda, ECS for cost-efficient AI operations.
