Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing infrastructure and automated workflows for AI-assisted engineering on production codebases.
• Experience applying AI frameworks to automated test staging and production-grade engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with industrial EDA toolchains, verification methodologies, and hardware execution flows for RISC-V cores.

Responsibilities

• Improve the reliability, performance, and user experience of the HPC infrastructure that supports silicon development.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable build, execution, and simulation flows for verification, functional safety, formal analysis, and EDA processes.
• Analyze system performance bottlenecks, workload patterns, and infrastructure execution to optimize throughput and reduce engineer wait times.
• Build resilient, monitored operational services with automated recovery, actionable diagnostics, and feedback loops for CI/CD and repository health.
• Develop AI-agent workflows, tools, and reusable skills that accelerate problem-solving and streamline software development and testing practices.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to transform recurring hardware and software integration failures into durable system solutions.
