Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a performance-focused software engineer to optimize workloads across datacenter and AI workloads, identifying bottlenecks and delivering hardware-aware optimizations.

You will profile real-world apps, study memory, concurrency, and CPU microarchitecture to boost throughput and latency, and collaborate with compiler, runtime, systems software, hardware, and modeling teams to influence RISC-V CPU directions.

Responsibilities

• Optimize software workloads across datacenter and agentic AI apps, identifying bottlenecks and developing software, compiler, runtime and hardware-aware optimizations.
