Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Platform Gen organization. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning runtime systems, device drivers, deployment, observability, and hardware enablement in a hybrid role across Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, Canada.

You will translate complex engineering problems into clear execution plans, collaborate with software, hardware, and architecture teams, and drive reliability, scalability, and deployment readiness for AI

Qualifications

• Experience in complex engineering environments.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable plans.
• Data-driven with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of platform engineering initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Coordinate across runtime, device drivers, deployment, observability, debug tools, hardware, and architecture teams to unblock progress.
• Lead reliability and scalability initiatives for AI systems and fleet deployments.
• Establish execution plans, milestones, and success metrics to guide engineering teams.
• Enhance engineering execution with telemetry, dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
