KerberRose, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead hands-on manufacturing process design and optimization. The ideal candidate will own projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Production.

The role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical/manufacturing engineering and strong RCA and project-management skills. The company offers a strong benefits package and five weeks of vacation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, systems, tooling, and equipment.
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, lead time, and overall operational performance.
• Serve as a technical leader for manufacturing process development.
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to implement solutions.
• Develop and improve tooling, fixtures, equipment, processes, and manufacturing methods.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support new product introduction and the transition of products from development into production.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements involving equipment, automation, materials, workflow, and manufacturing methods.
• Provide technical guidance on engineering and manufacturing projects.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products are practical, efficient, and cost‑effective to manufacture.
• Help develop and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.
• Take ownership of projects and see them through from initial concept to successful implementation.

I’m currently working with a client of mine, a well-established and growing Wisconsin-based manufacturer, that is looking to add a Senior Engineer to their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys being hands‑on, solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and working closely with operations and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise while also being comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through implementation.

What You’ll Do
