You know that great engineering isn't just about what looks right on paper. It's about what works in the shop and comes together in the field.

At Stanton Millworks, we're looking for a Senior Engineer who brings technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship. Someone who can take ownership of complex millwork projects, collaborate with our production team, and help develop the next generation of engineering talent.

That’s why we emphasize balance, supporting both professional growth and personal fulfillment.

Our culture is rooted in celebrating accomplishments together, fostering collaboration, and making a lasting impact on our clients and community. Full-time positions at Stanton Millworks include generous paid time off, competitive salaries, and a supportive environment where your voice is valued and your contributions matter.
