Job summary

Senior Engine Test Engineer role with a well-established leader in emissions technologies and regulatory product approvals. This is a hands-on engineering position where you own projects from start to finish.

You'll execute CFR-compliant emissions and engine performance testing, develop test plans, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout testing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engine background and 3–5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 3–5+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong engine knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Emissions or engine testing experience ( CFR 1065/1066/86 a strong plus )
• Horiba MEXA experience helpful (training provided)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute CFR-compliant emissions and engine performance testing
• Develop test plans, manage data quality control and analysis
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout testing projects
• Troubleshoot test engines, vehicles, and equipment
• Mentor and train junior engineers and test-cell technicians
