Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in engine systems, survivability or related manufacturing/integration roles.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Connect manufacturing, components, and survivability into a single strategy and integrated plan.
• Lead technical reviews and cross-functional coordination; align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Define product requirements for modules/components and for subcontractors/partners.
• Manage interfaces, CTQs, risk trades, and verification activities across the system.
• Balance survivability and producibility; work with customers to set milestones.
• Drive cost-out initiatives and coordinate across teams for MR/LR readiness.
