Job summary

HOLT CAT is seeking a PSD Shop Technician II in San Antonio, TX to teardown, inspect, and repair industrial engines (natural gas and diesel) in a shop setting. You will follow established procedures, work with tools and overhead cranes, and collaborate with the PSD team to provide high-quality service.

The role emphasizes manual dexterity, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting customer needs and departmental goals. Onsite work with travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of experience preferred.
• Experience with engines and repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine malfunctions.
• Disassemble and reassemble engine components per specs.
• Maintain shop areas and ensure safety and compliance.
