Based in CMDC, NC, you will guide cross‑functional teams, define MGPPs, and manage NPI programs, driving technology choices and performance optimization across global diesel platforms. You will mentor engineers, handle data acquisition setups, and coordinate with product groups to meet regulatory and customer demands while advancing emissions

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience with engine design, emissions or performance systems.
• Project management and process improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision for multi-generation product planning across global product lines.
• Develop emerging technologies and guide technology selections.
• Prioritize programs based on customer value, risks, and timelines.
• Lead engine performance requirements and validate emissions targets.
• Coach and mentor Engine Systems team members globally.
• Set up CAN-based data acquisition and monitor engine performance.
