Job summary

Ogilvy Health, part of WPP, seeks a sharp, ambitious Engagement Strategy Director to lead omnichannel engagement for major healthcare accounts. You’ll shape CRM, website, social, and display plans, building connected journeys and playbooks with cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage one junior strategist, mentor peers, and partner with Brand, Medical, Insights, and Analytics to translate data into audience-driven strategies that move health outcomes and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in engagement or omnichannel strategy in healthcare.
• Data-driven storyteller connecting behavior to outcomes.
• Experience shaping content and channel roles based on insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engagement strategy for two key clients across CRM, website, social, and display with a clear strategic narrative.
• Define audience-inspired channel roles and build engagement playbooks and journeys.
• mentor one junior strategist and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
