Qualifications

• 5+ years in primary market research consulting, quantitative focus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in life sciences or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and project teams.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Adaptability and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare market intelligence; qualitative research a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting teams through the design and execution of complex primary market research projects.
• Guide development of data-driven recommendations informed by client business needs.
• Thrive in a high-autonomy environment by taking proactive steps to exceed expectations and ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive new business through outstanding service and client trust.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with biopharma commercialization teams by delivering strategic value and insight.

• Coach junior team members, foster collaboration across geographies, and support their growth and performance.
