A leading FinTech firm is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager based in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on building executive relationships with major banks and financial services organizations while ensuring delivery alignment across teams. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of relevant experience in consulting and strong FinTech, Banking, and Capital Markets knowledge. Responsibilities include managing client expectations and driving account growth, making this a pivotal client-facing leadership position.

Formación

• 15+ years in consulting, financial services technology, or product delivery roles.
• Strong FinTech / Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
• Prior experience in client-facing engagement or account leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day executive relationships with client product and technology leaders.
• Serve as an escalation point for delivery, scope, and priority conflicts.
• Facilitate difficult conversations and negotiate trade-offs when required.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and engineering execution.
• Support contract discussions, renewals, and scope expansions.
