Oliver Wyman in New York seeks Senior Consultants and Associates to join our Consumer, Telco & Technology practice. You will manage project workstreams, develop hypotheses, collect data, perform analyses, and surface actionable client insights.

You will also synthesize findings for presentations, coach junior staff, collaborate with Partners, and travel as needed; a top-tier degree, strong analytical skills, and outstanding communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, or Media preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL and Python for analyses.
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of individual project workstreams with hypothesis development and data work.
• Synthesize findings into written and oral client presentations.
• Support Partners and Engagement Managers with high-quality project delivery.
• Coach consultants and help them develop their skills.
• Report progress and seek guidance on technical issues as needed.
