Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of Federal cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or mission-delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading complex technical engagements or programs.
• Experience with Federal national-security, Intelligence Community, or DoD customers.
• Proven senior customer-facing leadership on high-visibility engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior ATS point of contact for customer executives and program leadership.
• Lead delivery across cryptographic discovery, inventory, CBOM development, and PQC migration planning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary cryptography and cybersecurity workstreams with SMEs.
• Establish delivery governance, performance measures, and quality controls.
• Identify opportunities for growth and coordinate with Growth/Capture teams.
