We are recruiting at Engagement Lead and Engagement Director levels to help build the practice, lead complex strategy engagements, and develop client relationships across Europe and North America.

The base salary range for this position is $230,000 to $330,000, with eligibility for variable and non-variable benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate strategy consulting, ideally within a leading strategy consultancy or the strategy practice of a wider firm.
• Track record of leading strategy engagements end to end.
• Excellent analytical skills to move from evidence to insight and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy engagements end to end, from problem definition to senior client communication.
• Structure ambiguous strategic questions into clear hypotheses and workplans.
• Direct market, customer, competitor, financial and operational analyses needed to answer questions.
