Job summary

EY is seeking an Engagement Business Advisor – Senior Associate to manage engagement level financials and operations within the P2C team. You will advise Partners and senior leaders, ensuring readiness, risk control, and timely financial decisions.

You will support pricing, budgets, contracts, and billing while maintaining data integrity and compliance across engagements in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex book of business to drive engagement level financial analysis, including pricing, budget-to-actual performance, and estimates to complete.
• Identify financial risks or trends early; communicate impacts clearly and recommend corrective actions for revenue recognition, margin, billing, and collections.
• Maintain high quality data and CRM hygiene; monitor gaps or process breakdowns posing risk.
• Lead and coordinate client and engagement acceptance activities, including independence and conflict processes.
• Draft engagement contracts and related legal documents (e.g., SOWs, NDAs) with risk awareness.
• Support full engagement lifecycle by coordinating agreements, launch readiness, and closeout, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
