Job summary

EY is seeking an Engagement Business Advisor (Senior Associate) in a hybrid US role, supporting EY’s P2C team. You will ensure engagement readiness, monitor financial health, and advise on risk and efficiency across engagements for partners and managing directors.

The position emphasizes data-driven guidance, strong communication with executives, and adherence to EY policies, with a base salary range and a flexible, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience in business, finance, accounting, operations or legal.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex book of business to drive engagement level financial analysis, including pricing, budget-to-actual, and estimates to complete.
• Identify financial risks or trends early, escalate impacts, and recommend actions on revenue recognition, margins, and collections.
• Maintain high data and CRM hygiene, monitor gaps or issues that pose risk.
• Lead client and engagement acceptance activities, including independence and conflict processes.
• Draft engagement contracts and related documents (SOWs, NDAs, etc.) with risk awareness.
• Coordinate the full engagement lifecycle, manage contract docs, launch readiness, and closeout including billing and AR.
