Job summary

EY in Tampa is seeking an Engagement Business Advisor – Senior Associate to own engagement-level financial and operational activities across the opportunity and engagement lifecycle.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Partners and Managing Directors, delivering data-driven insights, risk-informed recommendations, and proactive guidance to optimize pricing, budgets, billing, and revenue recognition within EY's P2C team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience in business, finance, accounting, operations, or legal.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex book of business to drive engagement level financial analysis, including pricing, budget-to-actual performance, and estimates to complete.
• Apply finance system, process, and policy expertise to identify risks or trends early and communicate impacts clearly.
• Maintain high quality data and CRM hygiene to mitigate risk.
• Lead and coordinate client and engagement acceptance activities, including independence and conflict processes.
• Draft engagement contracts and related legal documentation with risk awareness for commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and manage contracting documentation, advising on launch readiness and closeout.
