Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial transactional work, specifically related to transmission projects.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Member in Good Standing of State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and quality written and oral legal advice to clients with minimal supervision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives.
• Manage commercial transactions and identify, mitigate and guard against legal and commercial risk.
• Displace outside counsel and ensure budget compliance.
