Qualifications

• Member in Good Standing of State Bar
• 5+ years of experience in commercial transactional law
• Experience with energy sector transactions preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide written and oral legal advice to clients
• Draft and negotiate PPAs, tolling, JV, development, and purchase agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure budget compliance
• Coordinate with senior leadership and external counsel as needed
