• Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, joint venture agreements, joint development agreements, and purchase and sale agreements for NextEra’s gas-fired generation, data center, and nuclear projects.
• Provide written and oral legal advice to clients and manage legal risks.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX.

• Provides written and oral legal advice to clients
• Anticipates and guards against legal risks involving the organization
• Works to ensure budget compliance and avoids the need for outside counsel
• Ensures disclosure of potentially material legal issues to senior leadership
