EXP is seeking a Senior Energy Systems Engineer to lead building performance and sustainability initiatives. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize mechanical systems, energy use, and resilience across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, sustainability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, and studies for facilities.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve performance and lifecycle value.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff to promote technical excellence.
• Review analyses and support client engagements and proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects.
