Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management, supply chain, or sourcing experience (3+ years with a Master's).
• Experience with integrated schedules, milestone trackers, and risk registers across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze supply chain data (cost, lead time, inventory) to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated supply chain program plan across Energy Storage commodities and track milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain, Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and leadership; communicate status and risks.
• Identify supply and schedule risks early and devise mitigation plans with owners and suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier readiness for new product introduction builds and production ramp; ensure capacity and delivery plans.
• Track program metrics (cost, lead time, delivery, inventory) and report results to leadership.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and escalations affecting schedule, cost, or quality.
• Develop and improve program management tools, templates, and processes.
