The role requires 5+ years in software/hardware integration, strong Python/Bash, Linux, and regression testing skills, with hybrid in-office and field responsibilities. Travel is occasional; location is Westborough, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in software/hardware integration and controls testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and document processes.
• Familiarity with Python and Bash for development and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Linux and basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in fast-paced multi-project environments.
• Experience with automated regression testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test activities for multi-vendor energy storage systems and in-house software.
• Create and maintain factory integration and system acceptance test plans (FIT/SAT).
• Develop and maintain test cases and reports with quality metrics for stakeholders.
• Validate energy storage control modes and PPC using SCADA/DNP3.
• Contribute to automation scripts and regression platforms; support field service and customers.
