Downey Brand LLP seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Energy & Utilities (Sacramento or San Francisco) with 5–8 years of experience to join the Natural Resources Department. The attorney will handle proceedings before various state bodies, negotiate energy contracts, and advise developers on projects. A strong track record and CA Bar admission are essential.

• Advise developers of generation, storage, and transmission projects
• Identify and anticipate developments in complex utilities regulations
