Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar required.
• Portable book of business in energy/utilities law preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills demonstrated by a distinguished academic record.
• Experience before the California Public Utilities Commission is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in energy regulatory proceedings in California.
• Negotiate energy-related contracts and interconnection agreements.
• Advise developers on generation, storage, and transmission projects.
• Anticipate regulatory developments and advising clients accordingly.
