Environmental Resources Management Southwest, Inc. (ERM SW) seeks a Managing Consultant, Project Manager in the Gulf Coast region (Louisiana) to lead capital energy projects from concept to delivery.

You will guide permitting, risk, and client advisory aspects in LNG, oil & gas, renewables, and energy transition sectors. This senior role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, regulatory know-how, and a focus on high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in either a consulting environment or within the energy sector.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams and balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of capital development projects across energy sector.
• Provide permitting and environmental impact assessment guidance for complex projects.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor across project lifecycles.
• Support advancement of low carbon and energy transition projects.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and mentor team members and drive collaboration.
• Influence projects involving oil/gas pipelines, LNG facilities, wind, solar, storage, and transmission.
