Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. seeks an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering energy systems. You will own budgets, schedules, and performance requirements from contract to close-out, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Logistics, Legal, and Field Services, manage contracts, and report progress. Travel 25–50% across North America may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in energy/construction.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional project teams from contract through installation and close-out.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scope, and cost with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Logistics, Legal, Field services and Quality.
• Oversee site installation, commissioning, and startup to meet milestones.
• Provide regular project reports and manage changes with clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payments and revenue milestones.
