Job summary
Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex energy programs in the Boise area.
You will drive program delivery on time and within budget, align initiatives with business objectives, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure success. Applicants should bring 8+ years in program management, strong leadership, and deep experience with energy/building automation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in program management within energy/building automation
- Proven ability to manage complex customer programs
- Strong strategic thinking to align programs with business goals
- Experience with risk management and issue resolution
- Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
