Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex energy customer programs in the United States. The role requires steering programs within scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with strategic objectives and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will mitigate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report performance metrics to senior leadership, contributing to Honeywell’s focus on innovation and efficiency in building

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management or related roles in energy or building automation with ESPC/EPC delivery models.
Strong leadership and ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Experience aligning programs with business goals and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule and budget.
Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain health and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
