Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within energy or building automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ESPC or EPC delivery models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain program health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for success and stakeholder satisfaction.
