Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles within energy/building automation
• Strong leadership and team management skills for complex programs
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align with business goals
• Solid understanding of program management principles including risk/issue management
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs (scope, schedule, budget)
• Align programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for program success
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering continuous improvement
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
