Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the UPS division portfolio across Washington and the Pacific Northwest, building local teams and delivering energy efficiency and electrification programs.

This remote role requires senior program leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to adapt to evolving programs while maintaining performance, budgets, and KPIs. Washington residence or relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Energy, Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Policy or related field (or substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
• 8+ years of professional energy sector experience in energy efficiency, electrification, DSM, or related programs
• 2+ years of experience managing project teams during growth, launches, or portfolio transitions

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program and performance management for contracted energy efficiency and electrification work.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to improve energy performance with existing and emerging technologies.
• Lead portfolio and program design, including analysis and selection of upgrade measures tailored to each project or launch.
