Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience evaluating DSM programs.
• Subject matter expert in energy program qualitative evaluation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of qualitative evaluation professionals from concept to implementation.
• Develop plans, budgets, deliverables, and presentations for projects.
• Coordinate with quantitative staff when needed.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings and seek new opportunities.
• Oversee data collection and reporting, including surveys and focus groups.
