Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Sr. Client Advisor for its Energy & Power practice, based in New York City, Houston or San Francisco. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will build and manage energy client relationships, provide risk transfer solutions, coordinate with markets, and deliver policy documents and quotes. The position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of casualty brokering experience in energy & power
• P&C license required or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an existing book of Energy clients through daily interaction with client needs
• Maintain and solicit new clients and expand opportunities by developing internal and external relationships
• Work with Energy Casualty Insurance markets to place Marsh clients with best terms and conditions available in the market
• Populate Casualty market submissions, negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters and communicate quotes to clients
• Oversee issuance of all documentation pertaining to the transaction including invoicing, policy review and pre/post binding documents
