Job summary

Marsh seeks a Sr. Client Advisor for its Energy & Power Practice. Based in New York City, Houston or San Francisco, this hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly.

You will manage energy client relationships, advise on risk strategies, and negotiate with underwriters to secure favorable terms and conditions for casualty insurance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience; Casualty brokering experience and Energy & Power experience necessary.
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an existing book of Energy clients through daily interaction of clients’ needs.
• Maintain and Solicit new clients and expanded opportunities by developing internal and external relationships.
• Work with various Energy Casualty Insurance markets to place Marsh clients with for best terms and conditions available in the market place.
• Populate Casualty market submissions, negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters and communicates quotes to clients.
• Responsible for overseeing the correct issuance of all documentation pertaining to the transaction including, but not limited to invoicing, policy review and all pre and post binding documentation.

Marsh is seeking a Sr. Client Advisor within their Energy & Power Practice. This role will be based in New York City, Houston or San Francisco and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• In this Sr. Casualty Broker role, you will develop an understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.
• Helps identify the need for new products and develops innovative solutions for clients.
• Completes policy management activities and delivery of reviewed policy to client and helps address client inquiries as necessary.
• Delivers technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFP’s

We will count on you to:
