Job summary

Marsh is seeking candidates for the Property Broker - Energy Practice based in the NYC, Houston or Los Angeles. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days a week and involves serving energy clients with brokered risk solutions.You will maintain client relationships, solicit new business, work with energy property markets, prepare submissions, negotiate terms and handle documentation. A valid P&C license and 8+ years in the field are expected; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years industry experience in property broking or energy practice.
• Property lines and broking experience preferred; energy/power is a plus.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage energy client relationships and book of business.
• Develop new client opportunities through internal and external networks.
• Collaborate with energy property markets to place clients on best terms.
• Prepare market submissions, negotiate terms with underwriters, and relay quotes.
• Oversee documentation from invoicing to policy review through binding.
