Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking an Associate Client Advisor in the Energy & Power property space, based in New York, Houston or Los Angeles. You will develop client risk strategies, provide expert advice, and collaborate across the Power & Energy team to place Marsh clients with competitive terms.

You will build relationships, analyze quotes, support renewals and contribute to innovative risk solutions. A P&C license and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Property Commercial Experience, Energy & Power experience preferred.
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business.
• Develop renewal/placement strategies with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive.
• Analyzes quotes from carriers and provides analysis to more senior advisory colleagues and/or clients.
• Supports more senior advisory colleagues to reach business goals and RFPs through research and document preparation.
• Manages follow-up on coverage changes with underwriters to ensure correct coverage specifications.
• Builds and maintains client and market contact at appropriate levels.
