Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on finance experience across the deal lifecycle.
• Experience in renewable energy and/or digital infrastructure finance is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and deal structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting, structuring, and execution of deal pipeline.
• Manage due diligence across financial, technical, legal, and environmental aspects.
• Drive negotiations, documentation, and close of transactions.
