Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Sr. Design Engineering Project Manager for Energy & Infrastructure at the St. Petersburg, FL – Gandy site.

The role leads cross-functional teams through design, validation, industrialization, and manufacturing stages, with a strong emphasis on energy storage, power systems, and data-center infrastructure. The candidate will drive program scope, milestones, and costs, using phase-gate processes while coordinating global teams and managing customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Eight+ years of work experience with significant product design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering/design projects through phase-gate process from concept to manufacturing.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and NRE, with risk and change management.
• Coordinate with global, cross-functional teams and key customers to deliver on program milestones.
