You will drive improvements in reporting practices to align with SEC standards while leading a team and coordinating with senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA certification required.
8+ years in accounting with focus on external reporting and GAAP.
4+ years supervising accounting professionals and teams.
Strong SEC reporting and consolidated financial statements experience.
Experience with public companies and audits by large firms.

Responsibilities

Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting cycle for consolidated statements.
Prepare disclosures, reconciliations, and footnotes per U.S. GAAP.
Enhance reporting practices to align with SEC standards and MD&A.
Review intercompany activity across multiple entities for consistency.
Coordinate with business units and corporate finance to validate data.
Research complex accounting issues and document conclusions.
Support SOX readiness and internal control improvements.
Coordinate external audits and manage information requests.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows and systems.
Provide coaching and performance oversight to the team.
Develop executive analyses and board-ready presentations.
Engage in cross-functional projects to improve processes.
