Eversource Energy seeks an experienced energy efficiency leader to oversee technical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and program effectiveness. The role collaborates with product development, sales, marketing and planning teams to refine offerings and drive improvements.
The candidate should have a strong engineering background, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a track record of leading complex energy initiatives in a regulated environment.

Acts as a project leader and carries out assignments requiring mastery of the technical aspects of electric and natural gas energy efficiency. Responsible for monitoring the technical rigor of energy efficiency programs and recommends plans for process improvements.
Licenses & Certifications: Engineer in Training (EIT), Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Professional is preferred.

Salary is commensurate with your experience. This position is eligible for a potential incentive. The annual salary range for this position is: $115,730.00-$128,590.00
