Senior Energy Engineer and Project Manager Utilities

My client is a top notch Energy Management and Performance Contracting company. They are actively seeking a Senior Energy Engineer and Project Manager to provide leadership to their ESCO/Energy Management/Performance Contracting division.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify innovative utility incentives and grants to enhance the ROI of energy service projects, including those related to Energy Efficiency, Water Efficiency, and Waste/Carbon Management.
2. Develop measurement and verification protocols to assess achieved savings.
3. Support the energy engineering teams across all regions.
4. Contribute to proposals for utility grants and large incentive RFPs.
5. Conduct pre- and post-performance incentive analyses to optimize available incentives.
6. Introduce innovative technologies and products to enhance value for customers and strengthen proposal offerings.

Requirements:

Expertise in identifying utility, state, federal, and other incentive programs, including rebates, tax deductions, and custom performance-based measures.
