Job summary

Duke Energy in Raleigh, NC seeks an Analytics professional to create analytics for product development and regulatory filing requirements focused on energy efficiency and demand response. You will provide project management and technical expertise on special projects within the Analytics department.

Responsibilities include drafting testimony, filing exhibits for regulatory proceedings, and presenting EMV results to regulators. Hybrid work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
  • In lieu of degreed education, 7+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development of Energy Efficiency / Demand Response strategy and programs.
  • Evaluate value of EE/DR programs and propose enhancements.
  • Support regulatory filings and EMV-related analysis and testimony.
  • Track and summarize federal, state, and local policies affecting EE/DR.
  • Communicate EMV results to project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations for external stakeholders detailing EMV results.
