Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as stated.
  • Experience with EMV, energy efficiency or demand response programs is preferred.
  • Experience in regulatory applications and filings related to EE/DR programs.
  • Experience presenting testimony and defending regulatory positions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing energy efficiency and demand response strategies and programs.
  • Evaluate value proposals and suggest program improvements to enhance impact.
  • Support regulatory filings and applications for EE/DR programs.
  • Draft testimony and analyze EMV results for regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Track and evaluate policies affecting EE/DR programs at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and third-party evaluators to stay informed on market information.
  • Review EMV plans, schedules, and deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Present EMV results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
